Got here at 9 because I have a busy day and normally I come on fridays but nobody was here and I waited for an hour and nobody showed up. You want to keep me as a customer fixed this issue because I know I’m not the only one who has had to wait

We arrive at 9 for a haircut and no one is here - the hours clearly say 9am-6pm. I’m not impressed and I have a toddler in the car with me.
