HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Englewood

Came to get my son’s haircut before homecoming week. We got here at 3:35 because the website hours say they close at 5. Come to find out they close at 4pm. Well it’s a quick cut so 25 minutes is PLENTY of time! Apparently not because they locked the doors and wouldn’t let anyone in. I called to find out what was going on and the person who answered told me their wait was 15 minuets and they are short staffed and want to leave at 4 so they are not taking anyone else. After I explained that’s not really how a business should be ran she said well some people have kids and want to go home on time. I retorted with well some people work during the week and only have certain times to get haircuts and other things done and you closing early doesn’t really fall into that. She then said yeah OK I get it I’ll unlock the door and hung up!

My son came in, clippers used were not sharp, shaved one ear not the other, sideburns uneven. He will be back to get it fixed tomorrow. Tip needs removed from charge. Charge should be refunded! Very disappointed!!
